Ken is absolutely amazing with our dog Maggie. He was her trainer before we adopted her, and he is literally the only person that can watch her when we go out of town. He truly loves what he does, and we highly recommend him and his team.

Ken truly understands dog psychology/behavior. We adopted two adult labs who were sweet, but had several issues, especially walking on a leash. He helped us understand the dogs and in turn, how best to respond. After our four sessions, both dogs can be walked safely by our young children (with adult supervision of course) and he’s helped us with their other behaviors. Highly recommend!!

we can't say enough great things about our training sessions at Ranger Dog! We have had dogs before for 18 years but our new rescues had completely different issues we hadn't previously experienced. Ken taught US how to understand what our dogs were responding to and how to deal with them and to get past their behavioral quirks. We have more work to do, but we feel confident that we've been equipped with the tools to make our dogs respond correctly and be a happy part of our family! We had used group training classes at pet store chains before but Ken has far more experience, expertise, patience and love of dogs than anywhere else we've tried!

Before training Tilly was very nervous—even a napkin that fell on the ground made her jump out of her skin—and very reactive around other dogs. Walks were possible, but very stressful for both us as owners and for our neighbors. Now walks are fun for everyone, and she actually obeys our commands. Best of all, Tilly is now an affectionate and happy dog to be around. There is still work to do, but two thumbs up for the progress so far.

Ken is currently working with us & our pup adopted from Atlanta Lab Rescue. He is amazing. We have learned so much from him & our dog is gaining confidence as she practices & masters different skills. Ken is as great at working with humans as he is with dogs! Only complaint is that he doesn’t train surly teenagers!

Ken and Sam are absolutely AMAZING!! I met with 4 other sitters to evaluate a fit for us. When we met Ken and Sam, the energy, customer service, presentation of the yard, and the way they interact with me and my dog was unmatched. It was an immediate connection. I totally felt comfortable leaving my dog overnight for 4 nights. They sent pictures and videos several times each day, which gave me even more comfort seeing my dog play and have such fun. I will be using them again and highly recommend them.

Ken&Sam are awesome! I left my two Fenchies there and didn’t have to worry not one but about their care. I was impressed by the beautiful doggy course they have in their backyard for the dogs to play. They kept me updated almost every hour on my dog’s care and sent videos and pictures of them for me to see how much fun they were having. My dogs actually wanted to stay when I came to get them. I will definitely be using them long term. Thanks Ken & Sam for taking care of them like they were your own!

Ken was great and Lux enjoyed himself!!! Ken was very prompt and excellent at communicating before and during the stay. We received timely communication via pictures and videos, keeping us in the loop on what Lux was doing throughout the day, his eating habits, etc. Ken is definitely our go to for all our pet care needs. Lux even came home with a few new tricks!!!

Tyson lovesssss day care and honestly there’s no other place I’d want him to be! Thank you to Ken and Sam for Always taking such good care of him.
